Increasing newsletter subscription rate
Based on the comprehensive research it was clear that email marketing was a key driver of Belle Bar’s sales growth, so there is a need to increase the newsletter opt-in make to drive more people into the sales funnel. The client preferred email marketing tool was Klaviyo, so we were limited to using only Klaviyo-compatible tools.
We used gamification to boost newsletter subscribers and sales! Since many stores in the industry use the “Spin the wheel” gamified popup, customers stopped engaging with this option. We decided to use a different game called “A Dancing Card” to offer something fun and new to their customers.
Within a month, we increased the opt-in rate from 1.7% to 3.6% and generated an additional $8.5K in revenue!
